Christmas 2013

Our Christmas was truly wonderful this year. We consider it to be our first "real" Christmas as a married couple, because last year at this time we had only been married for 3 days, our apartment was in shambles and we were about to head to Georgia for a week! So this was the year that we tried to start our "traditions" and we had so much fun!
On Christmas Eve, we made Gingerbread houses! We had such a blast and I think they turned out so cute.

Christmas Eve portraits! I am so glad that we bought our Canon. It takes great pictures and it's easy to do the self-timer. Sure, they aren't the most incredible pictures in the world, but they are perfect for us!

Christmas Morning! We didn't do a ton this Christmas gift-wise because we had already bought the camera. So we kept things simple and homemade and I loved it!

We spent the rest of Christmas at Grandma Hurst's house eating incredible food and playing games for hours! Merry Christmas!
